Point to Point Sisters
At the heart of Point to Point are three sisters. Carly, Kate and Emma founded Point to Point Education in 2012. Having gained extensive experience in both, teaching internationally and within recruitment they noticed a gap in the market and realised that things could be done a little differently, offering better long-term outcomes for both schools and teachers.
Specialising in long-term and permanent placements of Early Years, Primary and Secondary teachers throughout England, Point to Point work with teachers from all over the world from their home base in Australia.
Point to Point are thankful that the global nature of the business and today’s communication technology means that they can work from anywhere and still stay well connected with all their schools and teachers.
Why do we do it?
We do it to give children around the world a high-quality education with engaging teachers who are passionate about education. We also want to give teachers and education professionals the opportunity to teach and travel and experience new culture and curriculums.

We don’t believe that sitting behind computers, trolling through CVs or LinkedIn profiles is the best way to discover teacher talent. We’re out and about for a lot of our working week – often on around the world flights between Australia and the UK – meeting with teachers and school leaders. We believe in forging and nurturing strong relationships that are long-lasting.
We’re not just sales and recruitment consultants (although we are very good at that side of our jobs too!). Having Education backgrounds, we understand the pressures that schools and teachers can face. This experience comes in handy when we need to quickly identify which one of our teachers would fit into your environment and school culture for a vacant position. We dig deep when interviewing teachers to gain insight into their pedagogy, skillset and classroom management. In other words, we really understand both sides of the educational equation when it comes to matching teachers with schools.
