Point to Point Education is made up of a team of recruitment experts and former teachers who have taught all over the world.

Founded by Kate Liddell in March 2012, we were a business with a focus on Early Childhood Recruitment within Queensland, Australia. Since then Point to Point Education quickly expanded with the introduction of the UK Division and the International Schools Division.

Point to Point Education has grown into a team of recruitment specialists across three locations in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. 2017 will see our company expand into a new location in Canada.

The hard work and dedication to our teachers has been recognised, with Point to Point Education receiving:

We are a team of passionate recruitment experts with a broad and deep understanding of teacher recruitment. We harness this knowledge to successfully recruit for UK and International schools.

Kate has 13 years of successful experience in recruitment. She leads the Early Childhood Division of Point to Point. Kate has a Bachelor of Education from Victoria University in New Zealand and has taught in Primary Schools and in Early Childhood Centres. Raising teacher quality in schools and centres is Kate’s driving force and she enjoys working with teachers and Centre Management to understand their needs. Her relentless determination along with her caring and supportive nature makes Kate a popular choice for hundreds of clients across Queensland, Australia.

Emma leads the International Division of Point to Point specialising in recruiting outstanding teachers for schools throughout Asia. Emma has an excellent reputation and a proven track-record of international recruitment throughout Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia and China. Emma’s passion for education is infectious. Her recruitment style has been described as “dynamic” and “visionary” and her impact can be seen in the results of our client schools due to the recruitment of high calibre Point to Point teachers. Emma’s vivacity, warmth and kindness are central to the core values of Point to Point.

Carly leads the UK Division for Point to Point. Carly has been pivotal in the extensive growth of the UK Division and excels in bringing new client schools and multi-academy trusts on board. Carly trained as a Primary Teacher in NZ and quickly became a respected and valued Assistant Principal in a large leading edge NZ school. Carly took her career overseas, teaching in the UK for four years and venturing into the International School sector working in an IB School in Costa Rica. Carly is regularly invited to present at education conferences and universities internationally and her reputation for being personable, charismatic and dedicated to raising standards in education is highly recognised.
